LittleBigPlanet 3 Dated, Nifty Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed

If you're psyched for LittleBigPlanet 3 , you'll definitely want to circle a date on your calendar. You'll also want to pre-order, right?

And as revealed over at the PlayStation Blog , LBP3 now has an official launch date of November 18. Sony also outlined the pre-order bonuses for the upcoming exclusive.

Pre-ordering will net you a cute little Sackboy plush toy, and Target shoppers will receive a special hat for the toy. Furthermore, you'll grab a special costume pack based on BioWare's highly anticipated Dragon Age: Inquisition . This will be part of the "Day 1 Edition" of the game; pre-ordering gets you an automatic upgrade to that version, and this counts for both the physical and digital copies.

You'll also get costumes for Nathan Drake ( Uncharted ), Ellie ( The Last Of Us ), Delsin ( inFamous: Second Son ) and a Helghan soldier ( Killzone series). If you opt to put your deposit down at GameStop, you'll grab the Mythical Creatures Costume Pack as well, while Best Buy fans will receive the Hidden Creatures Costume Pack. Amazon buyers get the PlayStation Favorites Costume Pack.

Can't wait to get into create mode! I hope they've added more electronics! Preferably new flip-flops that are functionally more like traditional types. I'm also holding out hope for electrical buses to simplify complex wiring jobs.

Heck, with the PS4's power, I bet they could handle more analog options. You could "cheat" some analog functions on the LBP2, but you had to do things like use the controllinator. Modeling operational amplifiers and adding passive components would allow an unlimited array of control circuits to be constructed in the game.

I just have lots of ideas and hopes for what this game might offer! Keeping my finger's crossed!
