Nick ErlenhofSEGA and CyberConnect2 have officially revealed Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2, set to release on August 5, 2025, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and the entire Nintendo Switch family. A brand-new trailer gives fans their first look at the highly anticipated Swordsmith Village Arc, which will be featured in the game’s expanded story mode. The trailer spotlights intense, cinematic battles featuring protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, along with new playable characters Muichiro Tokito and Mitsuri Kanroji, both of whom play key roles in this storyline.
Hinokami Chronicles 2 spans multiple major arcs from the anime, including the Entertainment District Arc, Swordsmith Village Arc, and the upcoming Hashira Training Arc, delivering a faithful adaptation filled with dramatic storytelling and high-stakes action.
