We knew it was coming, but now we've got a solidified release date.
Sony has announced that the new PlayStation Vita Slim model (Vita 2000), which is already available in Europe and Japan, will finally come to North America on May 6.
It's coming as part of the previously announced Borderlands 2 bundle package, which will include a copy of the award-winning game, an 8GB memory card, and a slew of downloadable content for only $199. The new Vita Slim boasts 1GB of internal memory, a new LCD display, longer battery life, and a revamped design that makes the unit more comfortable to hold. Here's all the extra DLC:
