Sony Working To Fix New PSN Account Validation Issue

Yeah, this can happen.

The holidays can be a little iffy for the likes of Sony and Microsoft. New hardware and software owners dive into their gifts, most people have a few days off, and as a result, problems ensue.

Gamers have been reporting some issues with the PlayStation Network for the past 24 hours or so. One of the biggest problems involves account creation; Sony seems to have difficulty validating these new accounts and it isn't fixed just yet. The last update on the Ask PlayStation Twitter account reads:

That's annoying because it basically means that if you don't have an existing PSN account, you can't play games online, check out the PlayStation Store, etc. Here's hoping Sony fixes this ASAP because really, what's the point of playing games like Call of Duty: Black Ops III and Star Wars: Battlefront without access to online multiplayer? And don't forget about those ongoing holiday sales on the Store.

And yeah, there are currently issues with Xbox platforms as well .

I'm sure it's the hackers again since they've been bragging for the last week, about taking down the PSN, Xbox Live & Steam during the Christmas weekend.

It's a shame they catch them & then legally shove M-80 firecrackers up their a*ses.

F*cking no-count scum-sucking motherless whore terrorists that can never use their skills to do something productive instead of homing in on gamers.

And because of that, these 2-bit clap-suckers will never amount to anything in life(except hopefully for sharing an extended sentence in the same-cell with Bruno, the male booty raper)!!

How about working on the fact that the PS Store has been undergoing maintenance according to me PS3 for weeks.
