Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerThe atmospheric arcade racer, Distance, looks to be ever-closer to its release date after a decade’s worth of development. The last time we heard of the racer was back in 2014, and very little has been brought about the game for the year.
Seriously, the last time developer Refract Studios discussed the state of the game was last year when it unveiled it was planning on a PS5 release of the racer alongside its already announced PS5 version. Suddenly, TrueTrophies uncovered the Trophy list for the game, meaning it’s at least a little bit closer releasing on the consoles.
It’s worth pointing out while it did have a long early access period of PC, with PlayStation’s model of not typically allowing early access games on its consoles, PlayStation fans were left out. Hopefully, this will be just as exciting and worth the decade’s long wait.
