Horizon Call of the Mountain and The Persistence dev, Firesprite, is looking for a Cinematic Producer for their unannounced ambitious AAA project.
The job listing, which informs potential applicants that it has a “heavy focus on atmosphere, storytelling, player agency, and immersion,” doesn’t really dig into what this is.
“This is an ambitious, AAA project with a heavy focus on atmosphere, storytelling, player agency and immersion into ground-breaking territory on next-generation hardware technologies.”
Of course, there are theories, such as it being an Until Dawn sequel. It’s very much possible, too, that this is the AAA horror game that the Liverpool-based team was looking to make back in 2022. It’s also worth noting, though, that very game is still rumored to be coming this year. But, it could’ve easily been delayed internally and with it never getting a proper reveal, it’s not that big of a deal.
