Army Corps Of Hell Ready For North American Vita Launch

The more games for the PlayStation Vita, the better.

Today, Square Enix has announced that Army Corps of Hell will launch exclusively on the PlayStation Vita in North America. The game that features "vicious combat, dark humor and lightning-quick action" will be a launch title for Sony's new portable.

Players will be in control of an army of a hundred goblin soldiers; there are diverse classes and abilities, and yeah, you command this massive army. Your goal is to restore the King of Hell to power so you can reap the benefits of domination. The rear touch pad of the Vita will command your goblins to "play instruments, each activating special properties." If we're interpreting that correctly, doesn't it sound like Patapon ?

Said Square Enix vice president of marketing Mona Hamilton:

"We are very excited to have Army Corps of Hell as part of the exclusive launch line-up of the PS Vita system. The team at Entersphere is creating a unique action game that fully embraces the power and controls of the PS Vita system."

Will this be one of the first games you buy for your snazzy new PlayStation Vita? Provided you're getting the new handheld?

Is there any videos on this game? I just dont know a whole lot about it. What genre does it fall under? It seems pretty unique which is not something you see from Square in recent years.
