Ben-DutkaBloodborne has been getting a ton of attention lately, and rightly so.
One of the most impressive productions of the new generation thus far, From Software's latest is a critical darling and chances are, it'll garner solid sales.
Heading into launch week, the majority of our readers said they'd be picking up Bloodborne on day one, and a bunch more said they'd get it soon. There was a fair portion of participants who said they have no interest at all, but perhaps some of those people voted before the reviews came in. It's important to remember, however, that despite the game's obvious quality, it's really not for everyone.
Sticking with the hot topic for this week, would you say Bloodborne is undoubtedly the best PlayStation 4 exclusive to date? Or do you think the game is just overrated? Let us know.

My friend has the game and the the visuals/atmosphere are jaw-dropping. They're comparable to just about anything on the PC. I'm not sure the gameplay will be my kinda of thing but I look forward to trying it out. I hope this game sells a ton.
I share exactly the same sentiments. The gameplay is definitely not my kind of thing. But I hope everything about this game shines bright, and the game sell a gazillion copies. Just so other devs are encouraged to up the ante and make their games better and much more enjoyable in the process.

I'll give you the same advice given to me, and what some here have already said. Reserve your judgement until you at least beat the first boss. There's a definite learning curve, but if it starts to click with you like it just did for me it's one of the most fulfilling games ever.
Rightly so too, the game is pure master class and deserves the highest accolade.
Relishing the challenge it's providing me at the moment. Feels like playing Ninja Gaiden on the highest difficulty setting all over again.
Couldn't tell yet as I didn't play it yet.
But I will… soon 🙂 I'm sure it will be 1st or 2nd answer.

It's hands down, the best PS4 exclusive to date imo. And it's quickly becoming one of my favorite games of all time. It's a crazy roller coaster ride of emotions. Usually a game has to have a great story and characters to evoke emotions from me. This game does it solely with it's gameplay.
nah i think its just alt more poslihed and more well refined than all the other onces and so the critics give it a great score to show that(this is all based of what i've heard just so you know, i haven't played the game as of yet)

Obviously it's the best PS4 exclusive atm like I predicted when everyone was praising The Order (a game with full QTE boss fights and they even re-use the QTE of two bosses lol) for whatever the reason, nothing overrated here just our first PS4 AAA game.

Bloodborne is like 10 time better than the order…
This game is a blast. I hope that it sells a lot and while I don't know if it needs a sequel, I can't wait to see what Miyazaki cooks up in his next game!
The game is absolutely an elite game regardless of this sites lone reviewers opinion piece / review. Anyone who's gotten pass the Cleric beast would know that.

The 8.8 Ben gave it was okay with me he already stated he was never a fan of those games, my problem was that he put The Order a 8 and theres no way that game it's near Bloodborne league.
I'll hate on it every chance I get.
I'll probably pick it up for the long weekend.
