Rockstar Will “Eventually” Get To Your Favorite Sequels

We just wish they'd make an official announcement. For now, though, this'll have to do.

During a Rockstar Games "Asked & Answered" feature , the developers say they're thrilled with the continued excitement in Red Dead Redemption , over four years after its release.

Furthermore, they want everyone to "stay tuned" in 2015 for upcoming news. It's not that Rockstar is slow; it's just that they don't "rush to make sequels."

"As we've mentioned when asked in the past about new games in other series such as Red Dead Redemption, Bully, and L.A. Noire, we don't always rush to make sequels, but that does not mean we won't get to them eventually. We have so many games we want to make and the issue is always one of bandwidth and timing. We thank longtime fans such as yourselves as always for your amazing support and please stay tuned in 2015 for announcements of what's to come from Rockstar Games."

RDR went on to sell over 13 million copies so it makes perfect financial sense to tackle a sequel. Many believed that when Rockstar was completely done with Grand Theft Auto V , we'd hear about a Red Dead follow-up effort. Well, that time might be fast approaching…

I need to get back to playing Red Dead someday. I started it just before Destiny came out. Heh, and well Destiny was like a black hole of death of my game time.
But now that I'm free of Destiny's enticing 'ring of Sauron' whispering I can live life like a normal gamer again.

I would love for RDR Remaster as I never got to play original. I'm sure it would be just as good as GTAV Remaster, in which I already put 70 hours.

Agreed… I never finished RDR (I was flooded with 2 many ps3 games at the time),so I wouldn't mind playing a remastered version on PS4

I'm hoping it's not. Red Dead Redemption was my favourite Rockstar game. Even if they announce it at E3 2015, realistically I don't think we'll see it until 2016 🙁

I just wanna know why they havent made a new midnight club game. I mean la remix or whatever was 2008 2009. Wtf already? It would look magnificent these days with the knowledge they have from other games and could make it look great. Not to mention if they made a port to ps vita the sales would be huge.. we only got one good racing game on that system.. and psp had 2 midnight clubs.. come on rockstar give the series a greenlight
