Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerSony is probably going to see a real win here in the mobile market with Destiny: Rising, the mobile spin-off to Bungie’s hit looter shooter.
On Twitter, the game’s official account celebrated that it’s hit five million pre-registrations and that 10 Bon Voyage Charms will be available to those who pre-registered once the game officially launches later this year.
Next month, specifically August 28, will see Destiny: Rising heading to smartphones under the development of NetEase, which is odd considering Sony used to have a mobile-first developer before shutting it down alongside Concord dev, Firewalk. Basically, this Destiny spin-off is made to evoke the same feel of the normal game just at the tips of your fingers.
