Developed by Ubisoft Blue Byte studio, the title separates all-encompassing fitness routines into six elements: core body, upper body, lower body, cardio, balance and flexibility. The exercises you will perform "have been developed by experienced fitness professionals to ensure that every move is performed precisely and effectively." PS3 owners can upload music to the system and work out to their favorite tunes and best of all, the console will actually analyze your play list and select music that best suits each routine. You can also expect fresh add-on content on the PSN; this, combined with what comes in the box, will offer up to 24 hours of total workout time.
