That's why it's just so freakin' hilarious to see the iconic Mario take out some current gaming bad-asses; Master Chief, Connor ( Assassin's Creed ) and Lara Croft just had no shot against the dude who simply bounces around a lot.
This YouTube video is making the rounds and for those who grew up in the days of Nintendo domination, it's totally worth seeing. The acting is bad and it's cheesy as hell, but doesn't that fit in with the premise? And besides, it's almost guaranteed to make you laugh. Before there was violence on a mass scale, we were able to take down evil dudes like Bowser with nothing more than a jump and a dream. Well, a few power-ups never hurt, either, although Mario doesn't have access to them in this mini movie.
It's just tons 'o fun!
