Shadow Fall Info: 10-Hour Campaign, Dedicated Servers

The PlayStation 4 launches on November 15, and Killzone: Shadow Fall is undoubtedly the biggest title for the new console.

Over at the PlayStation Blog , game director Steven Ter Heide answered more than a few fan questions, so now we have a better idea of what to expect.

Firstly, he informs us that it'll take "most gamers" at least 10 hours to complete the single-player campaign, which we believe is good news. Secondly, there will be no co-op mode or split-screen support, unfortunately, but a separate online co-op expansion will be offered after launch. Other useful information: The game will have dedicated multiplayer servers (but no Exoskeletons or Jetpacks for multiplayer action), and 22 weapons, most of which can be "enhanced."

Oh, and they're using the Dual Shock 4's touch pad in the campaign; it'll be used to select the OWL drone's mode. For multiplayer, it's used to bring up menus. Me, I'm not a fan of any touch pad functionality whatsoever so I'm hoping there will always be a button option.
