It's Killzone: Shadow Fall and it has just been officially unveiled at Sony's PlayStation Meeting 2013. They're running through a demo of it right now, and it's pretty mind-boggling.
Featuring ultra-realistic imagery and a beautiful sense of fluidity and gloss, this one is bound to impress. It starts off tranquil and ends up brutal; we get a great look at both the environment and the gameplay. Not only is it incredibly authentic-looking, but there's also a really vibrant color palette we didn't really associate with this franchise. The particle effects and other special graphical implements are awfully sweet, and this is one preview video that's going to make the rounds very soon. The AI also looks quite competent, and the control appears to be tight and responsive. And that last segment is nuts .
And when is the game coming out? Okay, we're not sure yet. But that presentation is enough to make us salivate.
