Ben-DutkaAnother week, another huge patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt .
The latest, patch 1.08, makes a variety of improvements and alterations to the game's performance, UI, gameplay and graphics. It also tosses in "preparatory features" for the upcoming New Game Plus Mode. The latter was recently confirmed as the 16th and final piece of free DLC.
Patch 1.08, available now across PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, offers a few notable fixes, including some fixes required after the last patch (1.07) messed things up. One of the gameplay additions includes being able to roll just before landing to reduce damage, and we get the Wolven Hour potion, which will lower the level requirements for some gear for one hour. Patch 1.07 raised the requirements on some equipment; this potion will let you wear the equipment that went too high so you can either A. level up enough to wear the stuff, or B. purchase replacement gear.
Some quests have been fixed as well, including "It Takes Three to Tango" and the critical "Sunstone" quests. For a full rundown of what patch 1.08 does, click here .

Not sure if it's just my imagination but I think the frame rate got a lot better.
better enjoy it while you can before patch 1.09 makes the frame rate worse.

Yay, a game that has been out for quite a while got slightly more finished…
sounds like some good improvements and that i'll be a really great game when i finally get to it, just like how i just recently got AC unity and its the same thing waited for awhile and it works fine now.
