Here’s One New Glitch In The Witcher 3 That Lets You Cheat

When developer CD Projekt Red announced the New Game+ details for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt , they neglected to mention this.

Sadly, while New Game+ is now an option thanks to the game's 16th and final piece of free DLC, that update has added a bunch of new bugs and glitches. This particular title just can't seem to avoid such problems.

But one of the problems is actually beneficial to players…well, provided they don't mind cheating. As seen here , the new glitch lets players inflict stun, stagger, freeze and burn with a 100 percent success rate. Just attach a Lesser Morana and Morona Runestone to one of the relic swords, and watch the magic happen.

Here's a video that explains it. It's cheap but whatever. Still fun for a while.

CD Projekt Red Offers New Game+ Details For The Witcher 3

Not long after the teaser image that confirmed the oft-requested New Game Plus mode for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt , we've got the details.

Community Manager Marcin Momot shared that information in the developer's forums today, and it's about what you'd expect. Enemies will of course be stronger, and player experience and most items will carry over. Here are the full details:

— Enemies will be stronger obviously.

— What carries over? Player experience (if you're below level 30 when finishing the vanilla game, you will be bumped to level 30 for the start of NG+), items (excluding: quest items, books & letters, Gwent cards, usable items, trophies) and alchemy recipes.

— When starting New Game Plus you can select any difficulty level.

— You can obtain the Death March achievement when playing the NG+ mode.

— What's the starting level of the character when beginning NG+? The same that you had when finishing the game, if above 30, otherwise you start at 30. You also get a free Clearing Potion at the start so you can reset your skills and try a different build.

Still no knowing when this new feature will arrive, but we do know it's the 16th and final piece of free downloadable content for the game in question. And yeah, if you're a die-hard fan, this will add many, many more hours of gameplay, well before either of the expansions drop.
