If you're a big RPG fan, you'll probably want to know when CD Projekt RED will deliver The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt .

So far, all we've heard is that it will be released some time next year. But maybe Amazon has some inside information, 'cuz they've given the PC version a date of September 30, 2014 .

Granted, that could just be a placeholder date for pre-orders, but it's interesting that there is no date provided for the console versions. Would that imply that the PC version will launch ahead of time? The game has been confirmed for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well as the PC, so maybe we can expect a fall release for the next-gen consoles…? Either way, there's no doubt that role-playing aficionados are champing at the bit for this one. The game looks totally epic . I mean, talk about potential.
