The Witcher 3’s Latest Glitch Vid Features Geralt…Moshing

Yeah, there are plenty of bugs and glitches in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt . Many are just downright comical.

For instance, there's one glitch that causes Geralt's sword to disappear when he's wielding it. Hence, the basis for this super cool video that shows Geralt swinging…well, nothing but air.

It's called "Geralt and the invisible mosh pit" because the footage is set to the song "Indictment" by All That Remains. It's pretty funny to watch Geralt swing around in circles without a sword, and it's even funnier when he does it with a metal track in the background.

Expect to see more videos like this moving forward. There are all kinds of crazy ways to break this game.

The Witcher 3 Does Have An XP Bug, But Remember This…

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt unfortunately has plenty of bugs (like the nasty one that wrecked our review play-through).

But this one isn't that bad. In fact, maybe it's not a glitch at all…at least, not all the time.

Players have been complaining about receiving no experience points for finishing certain quests. Developer CD Projekt Red says they're working to fix it – so it's definitely a glitch of some kind – but they also want players to understand the following, as explained in this post in their forums:

"Quests that are six levels (or more) lower than yours are not granting experience. Anything else should reward you with exp[erience], we are looking into the issue."

They have since found the bug and are working to fix it, but if you don't receive experience from a quest after completing it, the reason might not be technical. It could just be that you're too high in level. And hey, it wouldn't have mattered that much to you, anyway.
