The closed beta for Tom Clancy's The Division is upon us, and the developers have been working hard to prepare for the test.
Ubisoft has issued the full patch notes for the game, and this update will help make the beta experience significantly cleaner and more enjoyable.
This includes fixes for more than 10,000 bugs , many of which were apparently encountered by alpha testers. These bugs include busted textures, floating weapons, dropped audio, etc. Plus, the patch adds support for more languages and improves the UI to offer better visibility (a bonus, and it reminds me of the patch CD Projekt Red issued for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that increased the size of the font ). The beta in question begins today on Xbox One and will kick off on PlayStation 4 and PC tomorrow (January 29). Recently, we received new information concerning the game's multi-tiered narrative , and we also look forward to the release of that live-action prequel series . The Division officially launches on March 8.
