Yes, Street Fighter V is launching on February 16 , but there's more good news for fighting aficionados.

During Sony's press conference at Paris Game Week, Bandai Namco officially announced Tekken 7 , now in the works for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR.

For the first time, it will utilize the Unreal Engine 4, which will power "highly detailed characters and dynamic environemnts," and the home console version will also boast a bunch of great modes along with "an intensive canon storyline." The team is teasing a bunch of other refinements and enhancements as well, and they'll reveal more gameplay and character info in the next few months. And we'll have to see how the virtual reality side works, too!

Don't forget that Tekken 7 is a celebration of the franchise's 20th anniversary. Has it really been that long? Sheesh.
