If you're still enjoying Killzone: Shadow Fall online, we've got some good news.

Developer Guerrilla Games has confirmed that another free map pack is available this week, and fans can expect a "big announcement" very soon…

The latest free DLC release includes a multiplayer map called The Canyon, which is set on Planet Helghan. This battleground features both open outdoor areas and more cramped, indoor areas, along with a new mechanic: Gravity Wells. They're transports that send players upwards due to the planet's "severely distorted gravity field." As for the secret announcement, that will be unveiled this Friday, May 16.

A new Twitter update reads- "We are ready, how about you?" It also boasts a short Vine video that appears to show a jetpack in action. Jetpacks and exoskeletons weren't included in in the multiplayer for the game's launch, but now it seems like Guerrilla is ready to implement these features.

They'll make the multiplayer that much more dynamic, don't you think?
