As revealed by IGN , there's a special insert found in the Blu-Ray package of "Battle: Los Angeles." As some of you might already know, there's a Resistance 3 demo on that disc but this is different news: as the insert clearly shows, both Resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance 2 will come bundled together in one fantastic Greatest Hits package. You can nab both excellent shooters for only $39.99 this summer and that's perfect timing; Resistance 3 is slated to drop on September 6. Oh, and by the way, that bundle also includes a cool R3 skin and "$10 worth of bonus content," so there's plenty of incentive. Although they're often in the background, we think the Resistance games are well worth playing.

The question is, can Resistance 3 compete with Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 …? We hope it can.
