Rainbow Six Siege Closed Beta Details And Official Trailer

As of today, September 24, the Rainbow Six Siege closed beta has begun.

Ubisoft has revealed all the content that will be included in this test, as you can see by the picture attached here and the official trailer embedded below.

There will be a grand total of 14 operators, 3 maps (day and night) and 3 game modes: Disarm Bomb, Secure Area and Terrorist Hunt Classic. The trailer should entice you still further and remember, if you want in, all you have to do is pre-order the anticipated title on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC. Or, you can participate in some digital training and earn your beta code that way.

Rainbow Six Siege was supposed to launch in October but has since been delayed until December for all three platforms. One bonus to remember: All DLC maps will be free !

A Simple And Novel Way Of Getting Into The Rainbow Six Siege Beta

This has to be one of the easiest ways to land a beta code.

If you haven't gotten a code for the upcoming closed beta test for Rainbow Six Siege , Ubisoft has an attractive option.

The publisher has launched a new interactive website called the "Art of Siege." If you visit and complete a series of "field training exercises," you will net a beta key. You'll also get a head-start on the action, as you'll learn how to attack and defend the game's various maps. So, not only do you secure a spot in the test, but you also get some helpful info before the action begins.

If you don't want to do this and you're convinced of a purchase, just pre-order the game. That will get you in as well. The beta is slated to start on September 24 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and the full game will launch on December 1. It was supposed to be out in October but got delayed; nobody is too annoyed, though, given everything we've got to play between now and December.

Pre-Order Rainbow Six Siege, Land A Spot In The Beta Test

Want in on the beta test for the promising Rainbow Six Siege ?

Ubisoft will run a PC-only closed beta and then after that, they'll bring the test to all platforms, including PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The beta will offer more polish and content as opposed to the alpha (and it should), and if you want a spot in the beta, simply pre-order the title. You can check out some leaked gameplay if you wish, and here's the statement on the franchise's official blog :

"The Closed Alpha and the Closed Beta will help us to build a stable experience and to playtest game elements on a very large scale. Whether you're testing early on PC during the closed alpha, or helping us validate the experience once we open on all platforms, we’re looking forward to interacting with you and working together to make Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege the best it can be at launch."

Now, if you've already pre-ordered, you'll get a beta code before the game releases. This bad boy could be a legit diamond in the rough, provided the developers deliver on their promises…
