It's good to speak out, because then you might get what you want. Well, ideally.
Yesterday, Sony unleashed the "ultimate" PS4 FAQ on us, and it included a bunch of new information. Not all of those details were positives, though, as we learned that the new console won't support DLNA or MP3 playback at launch.
Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida addressed this issue on Twitter , saying he appreciates the feedback and that he would share the information with the PS4 development team "for future consideration." And so he did, as he later Tweeted :
"Had a very good discussion w the PS4 Dev team today. We're happy & appreciative to learn so many people use and like PS3's media features."
We have also found out that the PS4 won't support external hard drives, but you can always swap out the default 500GB HDD with something bigger. The PlayStation 4 will launch in North America on November 15 and in Europe on November 29.
