Duuuuude.
Maybe you've been waiting for the new Uncharted to purchase the PlayStation 4. Or perhaps you've just been biding your time until the new system has lots of games available, and lots more on the immediate horizon.
Or, maybe you're just a giant fan of the franchise and you can't possibly pass this up: As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , Sony has revealed a PlayStation 4 bundle in honor of the upcoming PS4 exclusive, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End . Priced at $400 and set to release alongside the game in late April, this sweet console comes with a "gray blue" image of protagonist Nathan Drake on the machine, along with a matching DualShock 4. The system even features the Latin phrase, "Sic parvis magna" ("greatness from small beginnings") emblazoned on the surface.
You can pre-order now if you want, and anybody who does put a deposit down will receive a voucher for more Uncharted 4 content. This includes a golden weapon skin and a new character outfit based on Drake's original look in the first game of the series, Drake's Fortune . You'll also snag a certain amount of "Uncharted Points" for spending in the game's multiplayer mode.
But it doesn't end there. Sony will also offer that special gray-blue DualShock 4 separately for $65, and a gray-blue version of Sony's Gold headset for $100. The latter also features that Latin phrase inscribed on the surface. Sony further confirmed that an audio mode customized for Uncharted 4 will be available via the headset's companion app.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End lands on April 26. Previously, developer Naughty Dog explained why this is Drake's final adventure , so you might want to consider this bundle…it could be the last time you ever have a Drake-themed bundle option. However, the studio hasn't ruled out a prequel in the future .
