If there's one game that could use a localization petition, it's Final Fantasy Type-0 .
It was originally announced as a mobile title, but as mobile technology hadn't advanced far enough at the time, it was then moved to the PSP. It was given the title, Final Fantasy XIII Agito back in 2008, and then Square Enix went dormant.
The game reappeared a few years later as Final Fantasy Type-0 , and the game finally launched to significant critical acclaim in Japan in October 2012. However, Square Enix has refused to bring the game to other territories for some reason, and a whole lot of portable RPG fans are miffed. That's why there's Operation Suzaku , which seeks to convince the publisher to bring the acclaimed game to US shores.
Their goal was 1,000 Twitter followers, 15,000 petition signatures and 25,000 Facebook Likes. Well, they're just about there, as the petition only needs about 1,300 more signatures and all requirements will have been met. At that time, a letter will go out to Square Enix asking them to deliver Final Fantasy Type-0 to gamers around the world. Here's hoping it happens!
