You had to assume that given the parkour focus in Mirror's Edge , some agile and creative individual would find inspiration.

And that person is YouTube's Claudiu Voicu, who has put up an incredible live action short film based on EA's title.

Shot from the first-person viewpoint, as it should be, this wall ninja flings herself through a series of obstacles and she even tosses in a few armed foes to bypass. It looks very much like Mirror's Edge , right down to the red sneakers. If you're capable of doing this, though, is it really that much fun to do it in a virtual world?

Expect to see a lot more of the new game, Mirror's Edge: Catalyst at E3 next week.
