If you're still looking to snag extra content for one of your LittleBigPlanet titles, you had best pounce on that Marvel-themed DLC.

Sony has announced that all such superhero content will disappear for the LBP games on December 31. This includes all level packs and costumes that pay homage to the likes of Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, etc.

According to Polygon , there were a total of four Marvel-themed packs released for the original LittleBigPlanet , and two more were available for the sequel. Then the Vita iteration got a Marvel Arcade Pack. Don't forget that LBP and LBP2 DLC is compatible with the PS3 and PS4 versions of LBP3, so you can always transfer your favorite content to another installment on a different platform.

Coincidentally, LBP3 is one of the games that's currently on sale on the PlayStation Store. But that sale ends later today so you gotta act fast there as well!
