You can't dangle this in front of HSG fans and then not allow it to release outside of Japan.

But for now, let's embrace the good news: Sony has announced a new Hot Shots Golf for PlayStation 4. All we know at this point is that it's in development at Clap Hanz, the studio that has worked on the series since the very beginning. The trailer looks just as attractive as you might imagine but aside from that video, we have few details. The game is supposed to launch next year in Japan and a Western launch wasn't confirmed.

The last entry was on PlayStation Vita; Hot Shots Golf: World Interational was a ton of fun and a great game, but we really need HSG to return to the console world!
