Good timing, given the launch of Battlefield: Hardline this week.

As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , all PlayStation 4 owners can enjoy a free multiplayer weekend, starting Friday, March 20 at 12:01 a.m. PST and going through Sunday, March 22, at 11:59 p.m.

Just log in to the PSN during this period and you can play any multiplayer game, whether you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber or not. Normally, you need to be a Plus member to play online. If you get Hardline this week, you can try out the various modes, such as Conquest and Hotwire, and don't forget about the recently released Helldivers . Mega fun! If you're not a Plus member, such entertainment might entice you to finally sign up.

By the way, been playing Visceral's shooter for some time, so the review should be ready relatively soon.
