Far Cry 4’s Latest Trailer Proves You’ll Always Be In Danger

Ubisoft continues its heavy promotion of the anticipated sequel, Far Cry 4 .

Today, they've released the second part of their "Welcome to Kyrat" trailer series, and it showcases the many exotic locales we'll explore in the game.

As you probably already know, you'll be traversing some very difficult Himalayan terrain, but there are also dense forests and villages as well. It's important to remember that when you're out in the wild, you're always vulnerable in some way. This is an extremely unforgiving environment, regardless of where you go, so you had best be on your toes at all times.

From the wildlife to ruthless drug traders, it seems like everything that moves could pose a serious threat. Hell, you even have to look out for avalanches! Far Cry 4 launches on November 18 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Far Cry 4 Co-Op Gameplay Looks Like A Ton O’ Fun

For those of you who prefer co-op multiplayer, you'll appreciate this new preview.

PlayStation Access has published a ten-minute gameplay video for Far Cry 4 , and it highlights the game's intense co-op action.

This is much more in-depth than the co-op that was available in Far Cry 3 , and players can access the entire game world rather smaller sub-territories. The presentation is pretty comprehensive; it displays swimming, driving, flying, and even riding an elephant. Also, don't forget that while co-op will of course be available on all platforms, PS3 and PS4 users with a PlayStation Plus subscription get a little bonus:

Plus peeps get ten invitations they can send to friends who don't yet own a copy of the game. Those gamers can test out a free trial version of the game's co-op mode, which is just plain sweet. Far Cry 4 will be ready to roll on November 18.

New Far Cry 4 Vid Introduces You To The Lowlands Of Kyrat

Easily one of the most anticipated titles of 2014, Far Cry 4 is destined to be a crowd-pleaser.

Developer Ubisoft has released plenty of compelling media for the promising Himalayan adventure, and the latest brings us to the lowlands of Kyrat.

This is described as a "massive" territory and the head honcho is Paul Depleur, a drug runner and leader of the royal army. That army, by the way, is headed up by the game's super villain, Pagan Min, who is a colorful and completely sadistic dude (as you've already seen). Kyrat looks awfully similar to Nepal, which makes sense, considering the mountainous setting.

Far Cry 4 will release on November 18 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Harness The Awesome Power Of The Elephant In Far Cry 4

There are weapons and then there are weapons .

Witness the unmatched power of the massive elephant in the latest gameplay trailer for Far Cry 4 .

The new Elephants of Kyrat Trailer focuses on the destructive force of one of nature's most perfect weapons. Okay, so they're not exactly predators but when harnessed correctly, they can become a one-man-army's best friend. We caught a glimpse of the insanity at E3 when Ubisoft showed off some multiplayer action, but this is an even better look. Forget the heavy weaponry; you don't need it! Just turn an elephant into a battering ram and watch your pathetic opponents scatter.

Far Cry 4 is scheduled to launch on November 18.

New Far Cry 4 Trailer: Insane Action And Lots Of High Praise

The latest Far Cry 4 trailer is here, and it makes us wish November 18 didn't feel so far away.

Featuring a combination of crazy gameplay and hectic, intense cinematography, this new video is loaded with appealing shooter elements. Villain Pagan Min has some blood on his face, and we're once again reminded of this wacko's instability.

The latest entry in the award-winning franchise features co-op goodness, elephants with explosives, a bunch of nifty gadgets and vehicles (like the wingsuit and the glider), and scores of great weapons. For more information on the promising title, check out our recent preview . The only thing that bugs me is the possibility that this campaign will be markedly shorter than previous campaigns, as the estimate only comes in at about a "dozen hours."

Well, any shooter campaign that goes in excess of 10 hours these days is a plus, right?
