Developer 10ton Ltd. has revealed their intention to deliver the 2003 title Crimsonland to the PlayStation 4 and PC this summer.

At the game's official website , it says, "Enlist and Prepare for Rebirth on Steam and PS4!" Signing up can get you access to the beta test and some sweet wallpaper, along with news of discounts and "other opportunities." A top-down shooter, the concept is simple: Gun down swarms of approaching baddies and hope to survive the onslaught. 10tons says they've got both the PS4 and PC versions up and running but they've got some work to do yet.

Man, does anyone remember games like Overkill and MDK during the original PlayStation days?
