It's always nice to hear about another promising action/RPG for the next generation.

Focus Home Interactive and Spiders will deliver Bound by Flame to the PlayStation 4 (among other platforms) in 2014. Players will assume the role of a mercenary possessed by a flame demon; we'll have to choose between the power offered us by our host, or we can opt to rely on our own heroic talents.

You also have the option of giving up parts of your soul, which in turn grants you more power. But the more you do this, the less human you become, and that will be reflected in your body. And the choices you make will indeed have consequences, as some chapters will present you with different scenarios based on your choices. The game features intense real-time battle and three different skill trees, along with a crafting system for equipment and items. Lastly, you can go into battle with other players develop friendships, rivalries and even romances.
