Publisher Activision has released a launch gameplay trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops III ; it's set to the classic tune from The Rolling Stones – "Paint It Black" – and shows off the game's hard-hitting campaign mode as well as some of the multiplayer and zombie components.

We also get a glimpse at the character played by Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch; he plays a mercenary who is apparently on the side of the bad guy (played by "Law & Order" star Christopher Meloni). The game boasts plenty of celebrities , including Jeff Goldblum and Heather Graham. There's no doubt that Activision and Treyarch dumped some serious resources into this year's CoD, huh?

The beta for the game was the biggest ever on PS4 and after, the developers explained how your feedback helped . Call of Duty: Black Ops III will hit store shelves for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on November 6, but remember that the last-gen versions don't include the campaign.
