"Star Wars" fanatics ought to be excited.
Previously, Electronic Arts confirmed the likes of Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and Boba Fett as playable characters in the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront . But the list of special fighters doesn't end there, it seems.
Now that the beta is rolling out on PC, some people are doing some digging. And one Reddit user looked into the game's program files and found references to Han Solo, Princess Leia and the Emperor. These were in the "characters.cb" folder along with the above-mentioned heroes. It would be very interesting to use the Emperor in battle, don't you think?
You can unlock special heroes and villains via power-ups found on the maps. Obviously, these characters have super abilities that make them very tough to take out. Star Wars: Battlefront launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 17.
