Last month, a retailer leaked the possible release date for the hotly anticipated Dark Souls 3 , along with several special editions.
Now, publisher Bandai Namco has made that date official, and they've also confirmed the special editions that will be available in the US and UK. Oh, and we get two awesome trailers as well, one of which offers plenty of gameplay!
Dark Souls 3 will launch in North America, South America and Europe on April 12, as per the previous report. The gameplay video offers some previously unseen areas and enemies, as well as a seriously intimidating boss. Check it out below if you're interested. Furthermore, we know about two special editions coming to US shores; there's the Day One Edition for the standard $59.99 price and the hefty Collector's Edition, which comes in at $129.99. Here's what you get with each:
Day One Edition ($60)
The Collector’s Edition ($130)
There are a couple special editions coming to the UK as well; you can find those details here .

Hell yes! This is exciting.
Character movement is a bit faster but looks like classic dark souls to me.

I think it's great that fans of this sort of thing are getting lots of it.
Funny how the fans of even better selling kinds of games hardly get anything.
It looks amazing I can't wait for April 12th so I can finally play it
