As we near this year's PlayStation Experience, all sorts of new indie projects come to the forefront.
One of those newly announced titles comes from Plastic Studios ( Linger In Shadows , Datura ) and it's called Bound . In development for PlayStation 4, it's "quite unique in visual style, narrative storytelling, and also mechanics."
As revealed over at the PlayStation Blog , Bound is a 3D platformer that revolves around a mature narrative. It also offers core gamers a significant challenge, as the game is essentially "one big puzzle that can be only solved by a community of players working together." They're basically calling it a "notgame" that's also a game, if that makes any sense.
The art style is decidedly original, as is the soundtrack and concept. PlayStation is often home to such ambitious, arty titles and we couldn't be more thankful for that. The teaser trailer is below and don't forget the designers are aiming for "ultra-sharp anti-aliased 60 Hz in 1080p resolution." So, it will be an indie game that will still "squeeze the most out of your PS4."
Looking forward to it!

Damn, I wish they'd just add a AI bot or two, so that we SP players could also enjoy it too.
I would've had no problem buying it then.
THIS is the Santa Monica game!?
Looks neat and everything but don't tease artsy games with the big names ever again.
i feel ya, they hyped up the teaser as if people were gonna poop their pants on the day of announcement. but overall, this game looks very cool and cant wait to play
