Some of you are probably too busy with the game to pay much attention now, but the developers are thanking you for your enthusiasm and patience.

Bethesda has shared a love note with the Fallout 4 fans on Facebook , just one day after the highly anticipated action/RPG landed on store shelves.

Fallout 4 was in development for over four years and during that time, the team fielded a great many questions and concerns, and they have finally delivered a masterful product. Now, they ask you to dive deep into the massive post-apocalyptic universe and find everything there is to find (which is bound to take a lot of time). The team also shared an image of the entire development team, along with the real-world inspiration for Dogmeat and a Vault Boy statue.

Despite early reports of frame rate issues , the game has already received plenty of critical acclaim . Our review will go live in less than 24 hours…

I can't wait to tell me stories. And even though nobody would let me get a pip boy I'm pretty happy with the big fat Vault Dweller's Guide to the wasteland and set of posters for SPECIAL perks.!

I just made it to your home suburb and I have been playing for over two hours. I am on survival mode, so I know hard times are coming!
