See, these days, we get teaser trailers for downloadable content.

Electronic Arts has unveiled a trailer for Battle of Jakku, the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront DLC inspired by the new movie, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

Battle of Jakku occurs after the Rebels secures a victory in the Battle of Endor. So, in this add-on, players will participate in the events that devastated Jakku (which we'll see in full effect in the film). If you're into the chronology of the franchise, the Battle of Jakku takes place 29 years before the new movie, so it's essentially a prequel piece of content for Battlefront . It'll be ready to go on December 1 if you pre-ordered the game; otherwise, you'll have to wait until December 8. Either way, Battle of Jakku will be free.

Star Wars: Battlefront will launch on November 17 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The recently completed beta welcomed 9.5 million players and yielded some very large numbers . EA also expects the accessible title to appeal to both younger and returning gamers .
