Yes, they're still working on it.

As Community Manager Marcin Momot detailed in the game's forums , developer CD Projekt Red will soon deliver another "massive" patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt .

Patch 1.09 will feature a huge number of changes and improvements and even though we don't have the complete changelog yet, Momot says fans – especially those playing on PlayStation 4 – should be pleased.

"The patch is on the way. Was just looking at the changelog and it looks really impressive– the list of changes is massive. The update will bring a lot of fixes and improvements including PS4 performance (as well as other platforms) plus many more. We ask for a bit more patience."

We might see this new update when the upcoming expansion, Hearts of Stone, launches on October 13, but there's no way to be sure. Speaking of Hearts of Stone, it will add over 10 hours of gameplay to the already huge open-world action/RPG. Can't wait!

I think everyone can see now why I hold CDprojekt Red as one of if not the best Dev out there right now.

The support for their games is unmatched in my opinion.
