Don't worry. It doesn't matter which platform you prefer because Fallout 4 DLC should launch simultaneously across PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
We've seen lots of examples of timed DLC exclusivity for AAA productions, but that won't happen here. When asked on Twitter whether or not downloadable content for the anticipated open-world RPG would debut first on Xbox One, Bethesda marketing boss Pete Hines replied simply:
Previously, Bethesda confirmed the $30 Season Pass , which, as the developers said, will include "all the Fallout 4 DLC we ever do." The team will also deliver "free updates" as the post-release months progress.
Bethesda has said in the past that the massive tile would "never work" on the older consoles , so if you still have to upgrade, maybe now's the time. Fallout 4 is set to launch on November 10 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

That is great news!
I'm very happy concerning Fallout 4:
-it's not a multiplayer game
-it's not an xbox exclusive
-it comes this year
-there's no multiplayer at all so all energy is put into the sp
-it's confirmed that Mods come also to ps4[guessing about 6 month's later, but with this game being sooo huge and all the dlc, no problem at all![curious what's possible on console's when it comes to mods]
-dlc:no [timed] excusive deals
-it comes only to this gen.
