Fans of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt have complained about this in the past and developer CD Projekt Red has responded: A new patch will flesh out the romance possibilities in the love triangle of Geralt, Triss and Yennefer.
As the studio told Kotaku :
"We'll be adding some additional dialogue for Triss and Yennefer in the upcoming patch due to the fan feedback. We've read many opinions on our forums where gamers weren't satisfied with the way their romance choices were fleshed out, so we wanted to change that by adding some extra conversational options."
We don't know when this patch will release but at least we know it's coming. Perhaps it'll be available before the game's first premium expansion, Hearts of Stone, launches in October. That DLC, by the way, is expected to add around 10 hours of gameplay.
As for the love triangle in question, the concerns mostly came from those who favored Triss. If you went with Yennefer, you were likely satisfied…I know I was. I mean, Triss is sorta hot but redheads never do it for me, while Yennefer is a goddess you'd lop off a limb just to be with for an hour (or maybe two). But that's just me.

Oh yeah, she is one of the hottest non main characters! Is it just me or did it seem she was more fleshed out and detailed than most npc's?
I think you're right.
I keep playing this game and the level of detail on everything is overwhelming and gratifying. I wonder how Metal Gear could surpass this game in any way other than the tactical and near perfect graphic quaility. But in my book this is a solid 10 title. Even with an ocasional glitch that only makes it funny sometimes. And the mature situations are in a good quantity. It could be improved 'cuase more is better, but remember this is not a Leisure Suit Larry or a 7 sins game, lol.
