They're the current benchmarks for performance: 1080p and 60 frames per second.

At the very least, we know Mad Max will manage to hit one of those benchmarks on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as Avalanche Studios senior producer John Fuller confirmed to GamingBolt .

Both versions will output 1080p and he added that PC performance will vary depending on your rig, as expected. Even more interesting is Fuller's comments concerning the map size; he says there are no "finite limits:"

"Our tech can support enormous worlds but it is always a case of balancing the density of content and travel distances so that the player feels they are in a rich world."

Mad Max is scheduled to launch for PS4 and Xbox One on September 1. Just this week, the publisher announced some timed exclusive DLC for the PS4 version in the form of 12 hood ornaments for your vehicle.
