Street Fighter V Set For March 2016, New Mechanics Info

Fighting fans everywhere are marking their calendars.

According to new information gleaned by EventHubs , Street Fighter V will launch in March 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PC.

But that's not all. They also mention two brand new mechanics; V-Skill and V-Trigger:

"[V-Trigger is] a special move unique to each character that can turn the tide of a fight. And you'll need it. You can only unleash these after you've filled the V-Gauge, and you do that by taking damage."

V-Skill is a "defensive move that can be used during the fight;" for example, Ryu's V-Skill lets him parry incoming attacks, and M. Bison can reflect projectiles back at his opponent. Lastly, the magazine cites new new stages, China and London's King's Cross train station.

SFV could be the best fighting game of the generation thus far!

Next year is already shaping up to be another year of gaming greatness.

Uncharted 4
Ratchet
Street Fighter V
Gran Turismo
and likely Fallout 4

and I'm sure the list will keep growing, maybe with a new God of War.
