On the surface, this doesn't seem like much of a story.

But it's the restock date that's the compelling issue.

As spotted by iTechHeads , it seems Amazon UK has suddenly stopped selling the White PlayStation 4. They say it's back-ordered until June 15…the very day of Sony's E3 2015 press conference.

Last week, we heard about an FCC filing that suggested a new PS4 model – featuring a 1TB hard drive – might be on the horizon . Well, maybe the white standalone PS4 will be the first model to boast that bigger hard drive, and it'll go on sale the day Sony announces it at E3.

It's hardly far-fetched, right?

Man, I would love to see more a silver or gray color like the PS1, not like the limited 20th anniversary PS4 they had while back.

I could care less about the color of my consoles. I don't stare at them when playing the game, so it is irrelevant. I would buy it even if it were only in purple or pink, because color means nothing.
