No big surprise here.
The critically acclaimed RPG easily surpassed the previous leader, Battlefield: Hardline , beating the shooter's week-one retail sales take by a whopping 53 percent. As for how the new game compared to its predecessor, The Witcher 3 , it wasn't even close: The Witcher 3 sold a ridiculous 608 percent more than the previous entry in the first week. Interestingly, The Witcher 2 sold 1.7 million units in the first month, so the latest installment should see a very big number.
Farming Simulator 2015 comes in at #2 for the previous week, by the way. Anybody expect that?
