Yes, it's too damn small.
There are about a million items in the recently released open-world RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt . And for many playing on a TV, they have to move closer just to read the descriptions.
This has been a common complaint ever since the widely lauded game launched earlier this week. Thankfully, though, the developer is listening. As CD Projekt Red community boss Marcin Momot said on Twitter , in addition to the "600 fixes" the day-one patch delivered, the team is currently working on a patch to deal with the font size issue.
Those who have the game are well aware of the problem but if you haven't embarked on this epic adventure yet, check out the picture here (via NeoGAF ). Yeah, see?

Thank goodness. I think 600 fixes in a single patch is an all time video game high, taking down AC Unity's, what?, 300 fixes?
btw, I went into this game thinking it was going to be nicely polished. I say that because the devs upset everyone a few months ago, stating the reason for a couple month delay was to fix the bugs. Yet, here it is after that delay full of bugs.
And the small text thing suggests that they didn't play test with enough gamers. This should've been caught in that phase.
Yea, it's a great game. but it's disappointing when you're led to believe it was going to be polished.
AC Unity was demolished in reviews over something like this last year. Granted. AC Unity had PS4 performance issues. But still. Why the double standard?
EDIT: btw Ubisoft managed to tighten up Watch Dogs with it's hefty delay so I wouldn't say it's impossible to launch a more stable open world game.
EDIT2: and didn't the massive GTAV launch without much flaws? Rockstar hasn't been known to launch incomplete games from what I recall.
EDIT3 my third and final edit!
I think if gamers REALLY want to get the point across that it's not okay to release highly buggy products then with those reviews that so many publishers look at, they need to reflect a sizable hit. If reviews of these hardcore products really do affect sales then there's a good way to attack it with the scores. I guarantee AC Syndicate will be in a much better state this year because of that hit the series took last year.

yeah it well do take that prize although thats probably do to the fact that the fixes were for a crap ton of small stuff
Awesome, CD Projekt Red continues to win my approval.
YES! we win, no need for me to buy big TV. Now if you'll excuse me I need to continue having sex with Triss…
Todays the day i get my copy cant wait.
And appearly my local gamestop is sold out of the witcher 3. Oh well i'll just do what i originally planed and wait for a game of the Year edition especially since all the reports of game breaking bugs like the one ben has
