If you happen to be in the Las Vegas area on August 28, you might want to attend the annual GameStop Expo.
And that's because Sony's PlayStation 4 will also be in attendance at GameStop Expo 2013. As the retailer announced, everyone will get an in-depth look at the PS4 and the intended launch lineup.
The event will take place at the Sands Expo and Convention Center and you can grab tickets right now for $35. If you wait until after August 11, they'll cost $45, so maybe you should plan your trip now. There will be a limited number of VIP passes available as well; they'll run you $90 before August 11 and $100 after that date. The pass will grant you admittance to the show floor, access to an exclusive lounge, gaming tournament, panel discussions, and a special swag bag.
If you go, you'll be able to go hands-on with upcoming next-gen games and even have the chance to meet "top game developers and publishers." Of course, this is after E3, so we should know a lot more about the PS4 by the time the GameStop Expo rolls around.
Would be fun but I'd rather put that money towards some games. I'll play the PS4 soon enough.
Agreed. I would like to see the PS4 and all its glory, but I can wait.
