Hovercrafts transporting stolen goods. …sounds like a winning idea to me.

As revealed over at the PlayStation Blog , SmuggleCraft is a "quest-based hovercraft game that will provide a fresh perspective on the racing genre."

Developer Happy Badger Studio is known for producing casual mobile games, and SmuggleCraft started as a smaller, more modest project. But they've spent more time and in the past six months, the game has evolved: It now has "an immersive story through quests," complete with a branching narrative and alternate endings, and a "robust crafting system." The graphics have been greatly enhanced as well.

You can catch a glimpse of the gameplay via the link above. SmuggleCraft should be available next year on PlayStation 4.
