Sims can always do well, given the correct audience.

After the PC version sold nearly 1 million copies, developer Giants Software has announced that Farming Simulator 15 will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on May 19.

The designers have given the new console iteration fancy new graphics and a new physics engine as well. Obviously, players are tasked with managing their own farm, which involves harvesting resources and caring for animals. As you sell your products for a profit, you can earn better vehicles and tools, which will be essential for expansion.

Furthermore, the console versions will include a new activity. Woodcutting has always been a big part of farm life and now, it'll be in the simulator. The only problem is that this game comes out on the same day as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt …well, chances are, if you want to play one, you're not all that interested in the other.

I have Farming Simulator 14 (or 13? Not sure) for the 360. It's goofy game but entertaining every now and then.

Um, yay? I could see enjoying the real farm life. Except for killing the pigs, don't wanna do that.

I will stick to Harvet Moon games. It gets busy there when you got watering fields of veggies, chickens, cows while bribing girls with berries.

I really love these releases. I love that they are made, that they exist – I don't usually buy them. 🙂
